A message from Jamie

Thank you so much to all of the generous sponsors so far, and future sponsors.

Training has been going well and I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to complete the marathon course in 3:20-3:25.

The taper over the last couple of weeks has been a welcome respite to the long training runs and, for the first time, I’m properly carb-loading; it turns out eating 8g per kg of bodyweight per day is quite challenging in the days leading up to the marathon! See you on the other side!
